The safety of our clients and our team are our highest priority. While we have always practiced the proper sanitation and disinfection practices required in our industry, we have ramped up our safety measures in the following ways:

  • Masks are required at all times, no exceptions
  • Stylists participate in frequent Covid testing
  • Stylists receive temperature checks upon arrival
  • Frequent hand washing throughout the day
  • Sanitization of all tools, combs & clips after each appointment
  • Physical distancing is practiced among all clients and stylists, except during a service
  • Appointments are spaced out to provide proper time to disinfect all door knobs, credit card machines, chairs, tables, shampoo bowl, restroom and any other frequently-used surface
  • We are not be able to serve beverages at this time, however bottled water will be available

Appointment Protocol:
  • Upon arrival, please wait in your car or outside and text your stylist to let them know you’ve arrived. Stylist’s text numbers can be found in the Contact section. Please wait until they reply that they are ready before entering the salon. This is to ensure they have properly sanitized in between clients.
  • Once you enter, your stylist will check your temperature with a contactless thermometer and provide hand sanitizer
  • Please wear a mask with straps around the ears only. Should you not have a proper mask, a disposable one will be provided
  • No guests, children or pets allowed
  • Should you experience any Covid-19 related symptoms prior to your appointment, we ask that you kindly cancel your appointment. That being said, please allow 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

All appointments are booked, rescheduled or cancelled directly through your stylist or by using their secure online booking site.

Cancellation Policy ︎︎︎
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the price of your scheduled service.

Any no-shows will be charged 50% of the price of your scheduled service.

We appreciate you rescheduling with 24 hours notice to accommodate another guest being booked.

Service Adjustment ︎︎︎
It is our desire that any client leaving the salon will be satisfied with their service results based on their consultation. 

If you are not pleased with your service results, please reach out to your stylist directly via email within one week of your service date so we can discuss and potentially schedule a time for adjustment.

Please note there is a 1 week period for haircut adjustments. Beyond that time, it is at the stylist’s discretion whether an addition fee will be added.
